As a trained educator, the founder of Panache Cares blends beauty wellness and education for women and children. There is a gap in beauty wellness and education for women and multi racial children. For women, when significant life interruptions happen, there is an impact on their confidence. Research indicates that a lack of self-confidence in appearance would prevent a woman from participating in important life events. Also, there is a miseducation in maintaining the hair of children of color, specifically multi-racial children. When a multi-race child is adopted, for example, from a family outside of their dominant race, the family members may not know how to maintain and care for their hair. Thus, Panache Cares offers free hairstyles to women’s and children’s. Also, free makeup service for women for interviews. Panache Cares also tailors women and children immediate needs, such as providing breakfast, lunch, and supplies for children.
